Wouldn&#039;t it be nice if everyone strived for balance? This is something I&#039;ve been working on for years, and I&#039;ve finally achieved it. I think that creating a balanced life is a choice, and as with any choice, it takes truckloads of discipline to do those things - everyday - that support your choice to live a balanced life. I agree with you that being balanced begins with taking a look at oneself and feeding those parts that have been hungry for attention. If you&#039;re full inside, chances are your outer life will also be full. Great post. Looking forward to reading more.</description>
