Bloomberg had a segment on Health & Fitness programs recently called “Working it out.” It explored how corporate gym memberships and subsidies are on the rise, and quoted one CEO suggesting one way of keeping health benefits costs low is “don’t hire smokers!” Should physical health be the only indicator for determining premiums?
